2.2 Device & Technical Data

The LensLoop Unit may automatically collect device identifiers, firmware versions, system logs, connectivity information, error events, and recycling activity, such as the number of items deposited.

2.3 IP Address Collection

When you access the Platform or connect the Unit to the internet, your IP address may be collected to support authentication, security, diagnostics, and service integrity.

We use your information to operate the Unit, provide Platform services, verify your account, support customer requests, improve device performance, and analyze recycling activity.

3.1 Aggregated & Anonymous Reporting

LensLoop may use aggregated and anonymized data to measure sustainability performance, illustrate the success of recovery programs, and generate reporting for retailers, brands, partners, and community stakeholders.

These reports never include personally identifiable information.

3.2 No Sale of Personal Information

LensLoop does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is used solely for operating and improving the LensLoop service.

Deleting your account may remove or anonymize personal data stored in the Platform, except where retention is required by law or for system integrity.

LensLoop may be used by contact lens wearers of all ages.

For users under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian should review and approve the use of the LensLoop Platform and account creation.

Any data collected from minors is handled with the same level of privacy, protection, and security applied to all users.
